I added a bit more coconut to help it cream, and used Trader Joe’s salted smooth natural peanut butter, which has a great salty taste. That might work, as traditional fudge usually calls for butter. I can defenitely taste the coconut (which I love) and I didn’t use a lot of sweetener because it doesn’t need much. You are truly magnificent! maltose, fructose just is not particularly healthy, even when it comes to fruit it is not advisable to eat too much :(. I thought it had a hint of coconut aftertaste, but I love coconut so I enjoyed it. After being in the freezer, the pools of coconut oil solidified. I wasn’t able to make the coconut creamy and when I placed the fudge in the pan, the coconut oil pooled in certain spots-not sure why.
